Welcome to Glass Creations Hub. The www.glasscreationshub.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Glass Creations Hub, a Texas-based business. Your access to and use of this Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). By visiting or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Website Use & Electronic Communication
We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use, data mining, robots or similar data‑gathering tools.
2. Custom-Made Product Disclaimer
Glass Creations Hub makes no warranty that our products will prevent injury; the user assumes all installation risk. All products offered are custom cut-to-order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or altered. Please ensure all dimensions and specifications are accurate before submitting.
3. Order Placement & Cancellations
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Custom Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided production has not begun.
After this time, custom order is considered final and non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL Freight, depending on size and location.
Production time is typically 3–5 business days, followed by shipping.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
5. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 24 hours (one business day) of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging to sales@glasscreationshub.com. We will evaluate and offer a resolution (replacement or refund).
6. Revisions & Errata
Revisions & Errata The materials on this Site could include technical or typographical errors. Glass Creations Hub may make changes at any time without notice and makes no commitment to update materials. 7. Third‑Party Links Linked sites are provided for convenience only; use is at your own risk and we disclaim all responsibility for their content.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, graphics, images, and text, is the property of Glass Creations Hub and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Use

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after the “Last Updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. All disputes arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, or any product sold by Glass Creations Hub shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
